Ramen and mentaiko; Amaou strawberries and Hakata-ori textiles.

Tonkotsu ramen, motsu-nabe (offal hot pot), mentaiko (spicy pollock roe), and "Amaou" strawberries—Fukuoka is a prefecture tightly packed with nationally known flavors. Simultaneously, crafts like Hakata-ori textiles, Hakata dolls, and bentwood items are passed down. Even from a Made in Japan-first perspective, it is like an entryway where you can combine and choose food, fabrics, and small ornaments from a single area.

Tonkotsu Ramen and Mentaiko: Hakata at Home Set

White soup tonkotsu ramen is becoming easier to enjoy at home with sets of dried noodles, semi-fresh noodles, and concentrated soup. Combined with mentaiko, tube seasonings using mentaiko, and crackers, a "Hakata at home" set usable for both meals and snacks is prepared. We focus on introducing products easy for everyday use.

Amaou Strawberry Jams and Sweets

Fukuoka-born "Amaou" is a strawberry characterized exactly by its name (A-Ma-O-U: red, round, big, tasty). Many processed goods enjoyable year-round are made, such as jams, jellies, cookies, and chocolates. We will introduce Amaou-derived sweets and jams that make breakfast bread and snack time a little more luxurious.

Hakata-ori and Hakata Dolls: Fukuoka's Small Crafts

While Hakata-ori has a strong image as obi sashes, in recent years, many small items easily used in daily life are made, like business card holders, pouches, clasp coin purses, and straps. Together, we take up Fukuoka crafts you want to place on your desk or entrance—like highly expressive Hakata dolls and simple bentwood tableware—introducing how to incorporate them into daily life.
