On this site heralding "Made in Japan first," we will introduce food and everyday tools born in Tokyo, from vegetables and fruits grown in urban agriculture to craft beer and brewed goods, Edo Kiriko cut glass, traditional dyeing, hardware, and kitchen tools.
We will feature products born from urban agriculture and dairy farming, such as vegetables and fruits from the Tama area, Tokyo-made milk and eggs, and honey. We will mainly introduce "local products" arriving from Tokyo, such as jams, baked sweets, and processed goods where the origins and faces of the producers are visible.
In addition to traditional crafts like Edo Kiriko, Tokyo Some-Komon dyeing, and Kimekomi dolls, Tokyo's craftsmanship supports the fine details of daily life with kitchen tools and hardware originating from factories around the Jonan area. We will introduce tableware and tools you'll want to keep using, alongside the background of artisans and manufacturers.
Drinks dedicated to being "brewed in Tokyo" are increasing, from sake breweries in Tama and the island areas to craft beer breweries all over the city. We will pick up drink brands from Tokyo conveying how raw materials are chosen and the thoughts of the creators.
