Nakagomi Orchard is located in Minami-Alps City, Yamanashi Prefecture — known as a fruit-tree kingdom. In well-draining alluvial fan fields with long sunshine hours, leveraging fruit cultivation know-how cultivated since the previous generation — today it welcomes many guests year-round as a tourist fruit orchard. With cherries, peaches, nectarines, plums, pears, grapes, prunes, apples, and sweet persimmons — fields where the lead changes by season — truly a "fruit theme park."

Nakagomi Orchard has used the internet early — in addition to the official site, also publishing English and Chinese sites. Actively accepting foreign travelers, foreign students, and overseas trainees, through programs like farm stays and volunteers — continuing initiatives to let them experience fruit-tree farming and Japanese rural living. These progressive attempts are also introduced as success cases of farm lodging for inbound tourists.

On the grounds, the orchard has equipped greenhouse cultivation enjoyable even in rain and grape trellises with retractable roofs — realizing comfortable fruit picking less affected by weather.
