In well-draining alluvial fan fields with long sunshine hours, leveraging fruit cultivation know-how cultivated since the previous generation — today it welcomes many guests year-round as a tourist fruit orchard. With cherries, peaches, nectarines, plums, pears, grapes, prunes, apples, and sweet persimmons — fields where the lead changes by season — truly a "fruit theme park."
Nakagomi Orchard has used the internet early — in addition to the official site, also publishing English and Chinese sites. Actively accepting foreign travelers, foreign students, and overseas trainees, through programs like farm stays and volunteers — continuing initiatives to let them experience fruit-tree farming and Japanese rural living. These progressive attempts are also introduced as success cases of farm lodging for inbound tourists.
