Why We Love It

A pioneer in the "6th industry" handling cultivation at the in-house farm through processing. "Kiritanpo" made at the Organic JAS-certified factory — the rice grain feel remains exquisitely, with the characteristic of not falling apart easily. Pairing it with Hinai-jidori chicken bone broth in a hot pot — the authentic Akita flavor can be perfectly reproduced at home. The passion to enliven the region through herb garden operation appears in the deliciousness of the products too.
