PROFILE About the Company / Workshop

RED APPLE Co., Ltd.'s roots — in Akaishi Farm — started in the Taisho era. In Sanseiji, Hirosaki City — overlooking the Tsugaru Plain and Mt. Iwaki — has earnestly faced apples for four generations. The climate with large temperature differences, and rich soil at the confluence of rivers sourced from the Shirakami Sanchi and Hakkoda Mountains — nurture an environment suited for apple cultivation.

From around 2009 — also started engaging in BtoC sales — directly connecting production region and dining table — and in 2014 — incorporated as RED APPLE Co., Ltd. While cherishing traditional cultivation techniques — also actively introducing high-density planting, multi-harvest pruning, and data management systems — exploring the form of "agriculture connecting to the next generation" — from both productivity and quality.

Most symbolic among them — "leaves-left apples" — raised without picking leaves. Where coloring is generally prioritized and leaves are dropped — by leaving leaves handling photosynthesis — slowly raising the internal sugar content over time. Accordingly — appearance color gets individuality — but biting once — clearly understands they grow into apples with rich flavor and abundant aroma.
