Lemons, oysters, brushes, and wooden accessories. Hiroshima in Setouchi.

Known as a major domestic lemon producing area, Hiroshima is a prefecture blessed with citrus fruits utilizing the mild Setouchi climate, and seafood starting with oysters. Famous sweets like Momiji Manju, and crafts like Kumano brushes (a production area for makeup and painting brushes) and woodwork accessories tied to Miyajima, make both food and crafts highly fulfilled. From a Made in Japan-first perspective, it's an area where you can choose Setouchi lemons and oysters alongside tools supporting daily grooming and work.

Drinks and Snacks Made with Setouchi Lemons

Hiroshima-grown lemons are used in many products, such as drinks and syrups highlighting fresh juice, lemon cakes and baked sweets, jams, and salted lemons. We will introduce lemon items to be enjoyed in daily life, from carbonated mixes in summer to hot drinks in winter, and accents for snacks and cooking.

Oysters and Processed Seafood: Hiroshima Meals

Products to easily enjoy Hiroshima's sea blessings are diverse, like shucked oysters, oil preserves, smoked oysters, canned goods, and oyster broth. We will introduce the flavors of the Seto Inland Sea focusing on processed goods easy to incorporate into the daily dining table as meal side dishes, pasta ingredients, or drinking snacks.

Kumano Brushes and Wooden Accessories: Tools Organizing the Hands

Kumano brushes, evaluated globally as makeup and painting brushes, boast charm in their touch on the skin and ease of application. We will introduce brushes you want to choose according to purpose—like makeup brushes, lip brushes, and calligraphy brushes—along with tools organizing your hands and kitchen, such as wooden rice paddles (shamoji) and accessories tied to Miyajima.
