Castella, chanpon, and Hasami ware tables.

Dishes born from Nanban culture and overseas exchanges, like castella, chanpon, and sara udon; and tableware represented by Hasami ware and Mikawachi ware. Nagasaki is a prefecture where food and tableware mixing Western and Japanese styles, typical of a port town, come together. When picturing an everyday Made in Japan-first table, combining Nagasaki's sweets or noodles with their tableware allows you to casually enjoy a port town-like atmosphere.

Castella and Port Town Sweets

Castella, a famous Nagasaki product, appeals through its moist texture and egg flavor. Besides plain, modern arrangements are increasing, such as matcha, chocolate, zarame (coarse sugar) infused, and cheese flavored. Additionally, we will introduce port town-like Western sweets such as biscuits and baked goods, proposing snacks to color your tea time.

Chanpon and Sara Udon: Nagasaki Home Cooking

Chanpon, an ingredient-rich soup noodle, and sara udon, pouring a thick sauce over crispy noodles, are also household dishes unique to Nagasaki. We will mainly introduce "Nagasaki home cooking" enjoyable at home through complete kits containing dried noodles, semi-fresh noodles, soups, and thick sauce bases.

Hasami Ware and Mikawachi Ware: Everyday Tableware

Hasami ware plates and mugs that are simple and blend into modern living, and Mikawachi ware featuring beautiful delicate blue-and-white porcelain, are tableware easy to pair with both Western dishes and Japanese food. From breakfast bread and soup to dinner plates, and tea time with castella, we introduce tableware supporting everyday scenes.
