Pufferfish and Kawara Soba: Western Feast Items

Yamaguchi's pufferfish is enjoyed in various forms: pufferfish for sashimi and chiri-nabe (stew), fried, dried overnight, and fins for hire-zake (fin sake). Together with Kawara soba enjoyable at home via green tea soba and soup sets, we will introduce products capable of staging a special day's dining table.

Uiro and Kamaboko: Sweet and Salty Items by the Sea

Uiro, characterized by its soft texture, and kamaboko/chikuwa using minced fish, are representative sweet and salty items from Yamaguchi. We will mainly introduce assortments enjoyable as snacks, tea accompaniments, or drinking appetizers, as well as products easy to use continuously.
